Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms are between ParaXtre (“we”) and the person using the ParaXtre app and website (“User”, “you”). Using the service means you accept these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice.

2. Nature of the Service

ParaXtre is an app for tracking and reminders of income/expense, subscriptions and installments. It is not a banking, payment-intermediary, investment or financial-advisory service; it does not connect to your bank accounts and does not manage balances. Content is for general information only and is not financial advice. Reminders are delivered on a best-effort basis; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by your device, operating system or network.

3. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information.
• You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use.

4. User Content

The financial tracking data you enter belongs to you, and you are responsible for its lawfulness and accuracy. You grant us the permission needed to process this content to provide the service, limited to that purpose and to the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights,
• Compromising the security of the service, reverse engineering, or attempting unauthorised access,
• Overloading the systems, automated abuse, or generating unwanted content,
• Processing other people’s data without authorisation.

6. Subscription, Fees and Cancellation

Core features may be offered free of charge; advanced features may be provided via a paid subscription (“Pro”). Payments are made through in-app purchase on the App Store (Apple) and/or payment providers such as iyzico in Türkiye; we never see or store your card details.

• Renewal, cancellation and refunds for subscriptions purchased via the App Store are governed by Apple’s rules and your App Store account settings.
• A subscription may renew automatically at the end of the current period; you can stop renewal at any time.
• Your consumer-law rights for digital content and services (including the right of withdrawal and its exceptions under the Distance Contracts Regulation) are reserved.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the ParaXtre brand, software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may improve, change features of, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for damages arising from data loss or the non-delivery of reminders. Your financial decisions are entirely your responsibility. This does not affect your consumer-law rights that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, infrastructure/communication outages, cyber-attacks or decisions of public authorities.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; we will notify you of material changes by appropriate means. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. If you qualify as a consumer, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits is reserved.
